Kastle Security Systems Inc., a locally owned and operated company, was established in 1983 to install, service, and monitor residential, retail, and commercial customers throughout the lower mainland.
Kastle Security provides 24-hour service support, including a qualified technician on call for emergency service, to all of its customers. Since 1989, Kastle Security has been operating its own Monitoring Station, and in 1996 added a new Monitoring Station. In addition to providing monitoring services for its own subscribers, Kastle Security provides third party monitoring for other alarm companies. The ULC listing for the new Monitoring Station was received in early 1997. To qualify for a ULC listing, the Monitoring Station must meet the construction, equipment, and procedure standards that are recognized by the insurance industry.
Kastle Security is a full service Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC) listed alarm company as well as a member of the Canadian Alarm and Security Association (CANASA).
