While we run a 24 hour operation in our monitoring station, and 24 hour service support is provided to all our customers, our office follows normal business hours. The primary responsibility of the staff in the monitoring station is to react to alarm signals, and provide primary service support. Please call the office at 604 270 7742 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday for administration.
