Whether you are at work, at school, or on holidays; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our operators are on duty. As well as safeguarding your home against intrusion, a valuable addition to your security system could be a monitored smoke alarm. Whether your system is armed or not, the smoke detector will be active, and a fire signal can be sent to the monitoring station.
A residential security system is programmed to send a daily test signal to our monitoring station. This is to ensure that the system is operating properly, and communicating with our station. Our software is configured so that a search is made for the test signal every 24 hours.
With so many numbers in our heads these days - bank PINs, computer passwords, and multiple phone numbers, it is hard to remember one more number-like the ID# for your alarm system! An easier option for residential customers is one ALL OK word that is easily remembered by the whole family.
