Third Party Monitoring
Besides monitoring its own customers, Kastle Security provides wholesale monitoring services to other security companies. Opposed to the Super stations, Kastle is able to provide a more personal level of service to all of our monitored customers
Receiver: Both digital and DVACS monitoring through the Surgard MLR-2
Formats: 4 X 2, Contact ID, SIA, ITI
Signals: standard intrusion, fire, panic, and troubles. Daily test for residential accounts, log only open/close for commercial accounts
Cell backup plans supported: Skyroute and Uplink
Outside the lower mainland: 1-800 numbers for the receiver and monitoring station lines
Activity or database reports: By mail, fax, or email
